About IEEE ICORT 2025

The three-day event will host multi-track technical sessions, complemented by technical exhibition, tutorial sessions and panel discussion. Submitting a research publication/ novel idea/ innovation will render world-wide recognition for the individual and the organization. IEEE ICORT-2023 is unique because it addresses all disciplines of range technology in a unified way in one place. Range Technology refers to the instrumentation, communication, data processing and safety. Range instrumentation includes tracking radar, telemetry, electro-optical tracking, flight termination and time synchronization. It also includes the respective engineering disciplines and their evolution and advances till today. Guidelines for submission of papers Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts (full-length Articles) containing original contribution with sufficient detail for review. All submissions must take place through "EDAS Paper Submission Portal for ICORT-23" at https://icort2023.edas.info. The submitted manuscript must include original contribution of the authors which have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Call for Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts (full-length Articles) containing original contribution with sufficient detail for review. All submissions must take place through "EDAS Paper Submission Portal for ICORT-21" at https://icort2021.edas.info. The submitted manuscript must include original contribution of the authors which have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Must be in PDF, two columns and compliant with IEEE conference format.
  • Should not be below three A4 size pages and not exceed Six A4 size pages in Length.
  • Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX and Microsoft Word formats should be used to write technical papers and can be downloaded from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Multi-paper Concession :
(a) An Author with single registrations is allowed to present maximum of two accepted papers.
(b) For more than two accepted papers, applicable charge per every additional paper is only 50% of the registration fees

Important note: The reviewing process for ICORT-21 will be double-blind, where the identities of the authors are withheld. In order to effectively implement double-blind reviewing, it is required that no author names and their affiliation should be included in the submitted manuscript (PDF file). Moreover, no direct or indirect reference should be made that could reveal the identity of the authors. Thus, the submission should certainly NOT contain the names of the authors, institution names, email ids etc. Also, authors must refer to their own prior work in the third person. Any submissions not meeting these requirements will be rejected without review
