Guidelines for Registration

  • Users (authors / exhibitors / visitors) are requested to register as soon as possible to benefit from the Early Bird Discount
  • Users (authors / exhibitors / visitors) are requested to complete the profile details after user account activation so that their records are available in Registration Portal
  • Upon registration and profile completion, users can view their consolidated details on the info portal. (Authors can also view their paper status in the info portal starting from Paper Acceptance Notification date. Prior to this authors can always refer to their EDAS account)
  • Authors may kindly register using the same email ID that they have used for paper submission via EDAS account. Any mismatch in this regard may lead to loss of information about paper status and impede participation at ICORT 2019
  • Paper status will only be visible to those registrant accounts whose corresponding EDAS account were used to submit/upload the Extended Abstract
  • Co-authors may register as visitor/delegate
  • Paper status for authors will be updated within 24 Hrs of registration in the info portal. (Please notify us via Help Desk in the event paper status is not updated in the stipulated time / does not match the paper status in your EDAS account)
  • Authors on notification of paper acceptance may proceed with payment which entitles the author for Camera Ready Paper Submission
  • Exhibitors are requested to book stalls prior to payment. Completion of payment is a prerequisite to stall booking confirmation. An Exhibitor can have at most 02 participants per stall (booked)
  • Exhibitors are requested to provide details of the members who will be manning the Exhibition stall of ICORT 2019. However, if the organization/firm/company have not finalised the participants for Exhibition Stall, the primary registrant for the stall must ensure that the participants belong to the same organization /firm/company
  • Authors/Visitors availing IEEE discount on registration fees must furnish relevant details at the registration counter failing which they are liable to be charged the outstanding registration amount
  • A registered delegate (author / visitor / exhibitor / participant) is allowed only one guest. The accompanying guest shall be charged a nominal amount of INR 3000 (Indian Delegates) or USD 150 (Overseas Delegates) towards expenses which include food and cultural events for the duration of the conference
  • A  registered delegate (author / visitor / exhibitor / participant) is requested to bring Valid ID Card corresponding to the category they have registered. It is mandatory for Student Authors and Visitors to bring their institute ID card and produce at the counter during registration.
  • By proceeding ahead with registration for ICORT 2019, the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions pertaining to the conference registration
